We spend 45 minutes understanding the process. By the end of the call we'll tell you, honestly, whether an agent is the right fit — and if so, give you a rough timeline and price.
Scoped build sprint
Fixed-price, fixed-scope build of 2–4 weeks. You see progress in weekly demos. We connect to your tools, test against real cases, and hand over a working agent with documentation.
Managed on your retainer
Custom agents move onto the same retainer as the standard ones. We monitor, maintain, and improve them as your business evolves. New custom builds slot in as part of the retainer too.

Common questions about custom builds
How do you know if a process is a good fit for an agent?
The honest test: is the process repetitive and rules-based, with clear inputs and outputs? If yes, almost certainly. If the work needs human judgement at every step, an agent isn't the right tool — and we'll tell you that on the discovery call.
How do you scope and price custom builds?
After the discovery call we send a one-page proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price for the build sprint. Most custom builds land between £2,000 and £6,000 for the initial build. Ongoing management is included in your monthly retainer.
What if my process touches a tool you've never used?
We integrate with anything that exposes an API, webhook, or email interface. If a tool is genuinely closed, we'll tell you on the call and suggest alternatives. We've not yet found a common business tool we can't connect to.
Can a custom agent be combined with your standard ones?
Yes — that's the most common pattern. Clients typically start with one standard agent (e.g. lead qualification) and add one custom build per quarter as they spot more opportunities.
What about data privacy and security?
We use scoped, least-privilege access to your tools — no broad data exports. Your data stays in your systems. We're happy to sign NDAs and DPAs, and to operate inside compliance frameworks (UK GDPR, HIPAA-style controls, ISO 27001-aligned practices) as your business requires.
